Chris has appraised, sold and seen more luxury homes than almost anyone in the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area so he is very comfortable working in this environment. His network of contacts with other agents, builders, and lenders is extensive. He has also renovated and built luxury homes, so he may pick up details in homes others would miss. Chris holds the holds Guild Member CLHMS designation(Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), SRS designation (Seller Representative Specialist) and is a member of the Appraisal Institute holding the coveted SRA designation since 1990.
