Searching for a winter home

Searching for a winter home in North Scottsdale, my wife and I met Chris Cole at his clients open house. Chris was friendly, very receptive and really listened to our wants and needs. Upfront, Chris provided us the Home Buyers Guide to help us become familiar with AZ real estate. After our initial meeting, we flew back home and did a lot of research to provide Chris a list of homes for us to walk through. When we flew back into town, Chris had our list of homes scheduled over a three day period and during that time, he was very patient with us because we struck out and couldn’t find that “perfect” match. Chris didn’t give up and suggested more research back at his office. We were able to find and schedule a few more properties but still no luck. Late in the day, Chris suggested to look at one more home because he thought it would be that perfect fit. The homeowners allowed us a last minute walk through and the rest is history. Thanks to Chris, we found that “Perfect” winter home for our family and friends. Next came the inspection and the financing phase (which took almost two months). Chris was instrumental coordinating the inspectors and helping me with the process. With his inspection background, he provided me with very valuable information most real estate professionals don’t possess. During the finance piece, he was very professional, provided great advice, and worked diligently with the listing agents and my mortgage broker. We highly recommend Chris.
