Chris Cole and his wife BJ were wonderful to deal with. They both were diligent with their responsibilities. Our home in Sunburst Farms was handled with care, we were under significant restrictions which would have discouraged many brokers. I would recommend Chris to handle your circumstances with the utmost care. they were a delight to work with. Our home was sold in June 2015.
